Community Notification Meeting (Virtual)

The New Brighton Department of Public Safety (NBDPS) is releasing information on Antonio Edward Gonsor, a level 3 predatory offender subject to public notification.  



NBDPS learned on Monday, September 13th that Gonsor is residing in the vicinity of Tioga Boulevard and Bristol Avenue in the City of New Brighton.  

 

Due to the pandemic, a web-based community education and notification presentation will be held.   The virtual meeting will be held this Thursday, September 16th at 6:30pm. Representatives from the New Brighton Department of Public Safety and the Department of Corrections will be available to provide you with useful information on public safety and answer your questions.

Minnesota Statute 244.052 and 253D require that public notification be given when a Level 3 registrant moves into a community. All offenders required to register as predatory offenders are assigned a level 1, 2 or 3 when they leave prison. Level 3 designation is considered the highest risk to reoffend.
