Job Description:
Season: Year-round
Approximately 2 - 5 hours/week.
Program hours: Saturday Mornings 8:00 am-1:00 pm
Gymnastics assistants help coach youth gymnastics lessons and maintain a safe environment for participants. This position is responsible for assisting and leading games and drills, demonstrating and providing feedback on gymnastics skills, and effectively communicating with participants, co-workers, and parents. Assistants also help set up and take down equipment, participate in mandatory trainings, and help with other duties as assigned.
- Must be at least 14 years of age
- Successfully complete the New Brighton Gymnastics Junior Coach Program or equivalent.
- First Aid/CPR training within six months of hire.
