The Administration Department is responsible for executing the policies adopted by the City Council and for the general management of the City. The Administration Department is responsible for personnel, compensation and benefits administration, labor relations, communications, Information Technology, policy research and implementation. The Administration Department consists of the City Manager, Assistant City Manager, City Clerk, Deputy Clerk, IT Operations Manager, IT Administrator, two IT Technicians and Office Assistant.
