NEW Registration Software

We are improving our online registration software! We are making the switch to CivicRec! This new mobile-friendly platform will provide users with a more intuitive, easy-to-navigate system for browsing and registering for recreation activities, classes, sports, and youth leagues. It allows users to search for and reserve community facilities, such as the community center, neighborhood center, and fields all conveniently online.

As we transition, please be prepared to stop at the New Brighton Community Center Guest Service desk upon your next visit to update your Account Profile or follow the steps below to create your account below.

Step 1: Create an Account

  • Visit
  • On a desktop, select Log In/Create Account in the upper left corner, then select Create Your NBPR Account.
  • On mobile devices, select Account in the upper right corner and then select Sign Up.

Step 2: Update your Account Information

  • Select the Account button.

  • View Dashboard.
  • Edit account information.
  • Add family members to your account.
  • Manage Payment Accounts - add a credit card (Monthly memberships, Auto-billing, program registration).

  • To receive text alerts (i.e. class cancellations, facility closings), indicate your mobile carrier next to your cell number.

Note: All current NBCC memberships will be terminated as of July 31, 2021. Members will need to create an account, add their credit card information under the “Manage Payment Account” to set up auto billing for monthly memberships and complete a new membership form. Moving forward, we will no longer sell annual memberships.
