NOTICE OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the New Brighton City Council will be considering:
• Ordinance No. 880 Amending Chapter 13 of the New Brighton City Code for the purpose of requiring permits to operate short term rentals within the City, and establishing a fee for short term rental permits.• Ordinance No. 882 Amending Chapter 2 of the New Brighton City Code for the purpose of reducing student commissioner terms from three years to one year.
These ordinances will be considered by the New Brighton City Council during their regular business meeting scheduled for April 13, 2021 at 6:30pm. This meeting will be open for public observation electronically by Zoom.
