To join your commission meeting remotely, click the following Zoom link: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/89862402361?pwd=MWtPelRNTGt2RmR2TktwSkM0R1VHdz09 (no app needed). Alternately, you can open your Zoom app and enter Meeting ID: 898 6240 2361 and Passcode: 867530.

Please note, all City Council and Commission meetings use the same Zoom link regardless of the date and time of your meeting.

Option 1:

To access your packet of meeting materials on Granicus, click the iLegislate app icon on your iPad. 

Option 2:

To access your packet of meeting materials on Granicus without opening the app, you may use the following link: https://newbrighton.granicus.com/

Enter your specific login for Granicus that is different from your other login.

Option 3:

You may visit the City Calendar on the home page of the website. Select the meetings tab. Click on your specific meeting. Scroll to the bottom of the text and click the public link to your meeting packet. No log-in or password is needed to use this option.

To access your city emails, click the Outlook app icon on your iPad and enter your user name and password

Option 2:

To access your email through a browser (from your iPad or any other device), please click the following link: https://owa.newbrightonmn.gov and enter your user name and password. 

If you need assistance with your City issued iPad or have another technology related question, please contact our IT staff directly by:
