Multi Family Rental License Application

  1. Instructions
    • Fill out and submit the online form answering all questions and providing all required documentation. This will be reviewed by department staff and will initiate the license issuance process.
    • A payment link will be emailed to you once your application has been deemed complete.
    • Once payment has been received, an inspection date and time will be identified, and information will be sent to you via email (this can be rescheduled if need be).
    • After the inspection is complete, you will receive an emailed copy of your compliance (or non-compliance) report.
    • Once all pre-requisites for licensure are met (including inspection compliance), you will receive an emailed copy of your annual Rental Certificate.
