Requirements

All new residential building permits requiring plan review must have the following information included (unless submitted and approved prior).  The Building Department can be reached at 651-638-2050 from 8:00-4:30pm, Monday through Friday if you have questions.

1. Erosion and sediment control plan
2. Existing survey and proposed grading plan
3. Proposed utility plan
