The City of New Brighton is seeking proposals from qualified firms to conduct a comprehensive Public Safety (police, fire, EMS, and emergency management) services and staffing study to provide operational recommendations and best practices to implement for the future success of the department.

UPDATE 09/21/2023: Response to RFP Questions
The following question was received:
- In the “Project Examples & Supplemental Information” section of the proposal, it says you require “Letters of recommendation and/or references must also be provided.” Does reference contact information work for the City to check our references or are you asking for actual letters of recommendation from each?
- ANSWER: Yes, reference contact information works for the City to check your similar related work.
