The Equity Strategic Action Team (ESAT) is an internal team with ambassadors from every City department. ESAT enhances equity-related communication and feedback; provides a variety of perspectives necessary to move equity work forward; and ensures equity policies, initiatives, and resources are relevant to all City staff and their work. The DEI Coordinator is the lead facilitator for this internal team.
