RFP - Recycling Collection Services

SUMMARY:	The City of New Brighton is seeking proposals from qualified companies to provide recycling services for the entire City from January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2028, with the option of including additional years as may be negotiated. Services to include collection, processing, marketing and public education.

NOTICE OF INTENT PREFERRED BY: The City of New Brighton asks all prospective respondents to notify the City via email of your interest to allow the City to communicate efficiently with you.	April 26, 2023
PROPOSAL DUE DATE:	May 19, 2023
INTERVIEWS:	Early June 2023
EXECUTION OF FINAL AGREEMENT:	July 2023
COMMENCEMENT OF SERVICES:	January 1, 2024
DEADLINE FOR INQUIRIES:	The deadline for inquiries shall be April 26, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. Central Standard Time. Questions and/or inquiries shall be emailed to Scott Gigrich at [email protected]. Answers to questions will be populated on the City’s RFP web page for this opportunity.
SUBMITTAL PROCESS:	Ten (10) written, bound, hard copies of the full proposal packet shall be submitted along with one (1) electronic copy of the full proposal package on a USB “jump drive” (or suitable alternative electronic format). All required materials shall be placed inside of a sealed envelope or box labeled “Recycling Collection Service Proposal,” with attention to Scott Gigrich.
