Attention, New Brighton Pooches! Mark your human's calendar for New Brighton Parks and Recreation's barkin' awesome and furrtastic dog event: Tails on the Trails! Take your pup for a walk on the trails of Hansen Park while you visit company and non-profit vendor booths, see special dog-related demonstrations and let your leashed pup socialize with other neighborhood friends. No pup? No problem! There will be plenty of fun for the whole family. While there will be treats to purchase for your four-legged friend, food trucks will be available for the rest of us. This event is free to attend, but there may be a fee associated with some activities.

Gnomesgiving Gnome Search

Meadow Wood Park, November 18, 10 am-November 29

The Gnomes are back for the fall and are stopping by one of New Brighton's favorite neighborhood parks - Meadow Wood. Take a break from your Thanksgiving dinner and see if you can find all 15 gnomes hidden along the path at Meadow Wood Park. Take a picture with your favorite gnome and post it on Facebook with the hashtags #newbrightongnomes and #gnomesplusmore for the chance to win a prize!

The Meadow Wood Park loop is a short, paved path. All gnomes will be visible from the trail. Please do not touch, take, or move the gnomes.
