New Brighton residents who are unable to pay the full registration fee for Parks and Recreation programs may receive a scholarship. Individuals requesting assistance will be required to demonstrate a need and will be asked to pay a portion of the fee. Funds are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Scholarships are good for 1 calendar year (January 1 through December 31), and each family needs to reapply and submit documentation each year.
