New Program to Help Existing & Prospective Business Owners
Open To Business provides assistance in such areas as start-up and expansion financing, business plan development, licensing, zoning and regulatory issues, and financial management. Open To Business can respond to requests for business assistance when those requests are beyond the range of the services normally provided by your municipal agencies.
Free Technical Assistance
The Open To Business program provides technical assistance and loans to prospective or current entrepreneurs and small business owners to help them succeed. Advisors in the Open To Business program provide free one-on-one counseling to assist with:
- Business plan development
- Feasibility analysis
- Marketing
- Cash flow and financial projection development
- Operational analysis
- Licensing and regulatory assistance
- Loan packaging and financing
- Obtaining legal advice
