Located at 400 10th Street NW, the New Brighton Community Center is truly at the heart of the city. The New Brighton Community Center is home to the Eagles Nest Indoor Playground, the New Brighton Fitness Center, and even the Ramsey County Library.

Admission is required to enjoy the fitness center, track, gymnasium and Eagles Nest.
The New Brighton Community Center has the honor of renting out space to the following tenants:
Located in the New Brighton Community Center this library features new books and bestsellers as well as popular DVDs, CDs, audiobooks and magazines. Comfortable seating, toys that support literacy development, weekly children’s storytimes and two monthly bookclubs for adults are offered at this newest branch. Library computers located in the Community Center offer internet access outside of library open hours.
WIC is a supplemental food, nutrition and breastfeeding program that helps eligible pregnant women, new mothers, babies and young children eat well, learn about nutrition and stay healthy.
A family of four, earning as much as $66,000 a year, may qualify for vouchers to spend on fresh fruits and vegetables and other healthy foods at their neighborhood grocery stores or many neighborhood farmers’ markets.
The caring, bilingual staff provides health assessments, nutrition education and counseling, breastfeeding support and referrals to health and other services in the community.
Rise’s Adult Day Programs offer people who have wide ranges of disabilities customized life enrichment activities to assist in increasing their independence and enhance their development. These recreational, social, and creative activities, as well as the personal and medication assistance, provide people with opportunities to increase their personal choices, peer relationships, self-esteem, community skills and physical abilities. In addition to our site in New Brighton, Rise also offers Adult Day Programs in Coon Rapids, Maplewood, Mounds View and Fridley.
